Worst company ever! Don’t buy hp laptop. They claim to give accidental insurance and mouth big words when selling their product but will make you beat around the bush when it comes to keeping their word
CASE ID - 4731861131, I had a sleek book whose LCD broke and company is refusing to cover it even after 1 month of harassment .Following are the reasons given by them for the refusal
FIRST REASON - we dont cover LCD under accidental insurance
SECOND REASON - When I proved them they do, they say cant do it because ADP rejected
Just because it will cost them a lot to replaceLCD, they are throwing hell lot of tantrums!
DON’T BUY HP LAPTOPS!
