I bought tx1320us in Dec 2007 and from then I had several hardware problems. My system board got replaced 3 times. After expiry of 1 yr. warranty I had to buy HP care pack and after that also when it got again bad and now HP is delaying System board replacement saying that it’s not available in India (2 months)
HP care pack is waste product. They are just making fun of customers. My system board cost 20000 Rs but care pack is costing only 4000 Rs a year. So they will not replace.
You can see I spent 50000 Rs in Laptop and 8000 Rs in Care pack but still of no use. The best is that purchase 10-15k Desktop and place it at home or a cheap laptop but not of HP. You will be surprised HP service centres are lot while other manufacturers are not having. There is a reason for that HP produces products which need service from day 1 but other brands don’t. Please join me in this campaign.
