Till now it has been repaired for 9 times. Problems were 1st time-within 15days of purchase - Display got damaged-it was replaced 2nd to 9th time -mother board got repaired- they replaced it everytime I took it to them( they took a week every time to do that). Earlier the problem occured on a monthly basis now the problem is occuring on a weekly basis. Hp product tx1016 Au is very very bad. why do they launch a product without any testing.& why doesnt they replace the laptop? Service is also very bad.they get so many laptops for repair in a day that they cant handle the volume of complaints.! As per my interaction with the Manager at HP service center(Gurgoan) the problem is with all laptops in this model series Overall Rating for HP - Plz buy something else & everything else will be better than this. No idea what to do!
