I have always had a HP laptop and I decided to try DELL. Needless to say, I wasn’t happy with my Dell laptop and I switched to HP again, I really like this laptop it’s not heavy like other and as all the features which a professional looks to have in there laptop to make there work easy, I am not a big Gamer but it does well with the Games too, and the speakers of the laptop are very clear and loud, I would recommend to buy this laptop and even I myself would buy this laptop again.

And I’ve found HP ink to be excellent. They’ve sent additional ink when I need it and their customer service has been excellent, giving me an extra month free to see how I fair and follow up calls to see if I have any further needs. Very pleased.
