I had only booked once and had a mental pressure because of their non responsiveness for near about 2 hours.


Here comes my experience with HP Travels.


Once I had booked tickets from HP travels to travel from Bangalore to Nellore. SInce its a weekend I dont have other buses with seats in front rows. So I thought it will be like good travels and I opted booking in it after thinking a lot as no other option for me.


10PM was the bus starting time, time hitted 9PM since there is no message from travels or booking services message regarding the driver and bus number details. Then I immediatly called to Paytm as I booked the ticket from Paytm they get back saying to call to HP Travels. Then I searched for HP travels customer care service and called the number that they listed in site. No one is trying to lift the phone. At last some one lifted the phone and I asked about the bus status, the guy confirmed that there is no tickets booked in our name and disconnected the call. I got surprised as I recieved a confirmation message from Paytm with seat number also amount deducted from my account. Again I tried calling other number that there in site and some one lifter after continuous trail of 10-15 times. he confirms that the bus is on the way and told us to wait at the stop as per the ticket. I informed them boss its 9:45PM and there is no message regarding bus number or driver details. He gave driver number to call and confirm the status then I immediatly called to driver and he confirms he will be coming a 30-45mins late coming to the stop and when I asked about the seat details he said I dont know that we have to see after reaching there. Again I was surprised why they dont have any details of the passengers who are travelling. Again the tension started as tickets were booked or not, finally they shouldnt say that tickets were not booked due to some reason.


Finally near about 11PM bus reached the stop and confirmed my tickets. When I ask about why the communication to customer is not proper he said I am not sure its not my department.


But he reached destination only 30 minutes late.


Overall its really very bad as they dont communicate the status of ticket nor bus.


I strongly recommend not to go with them until unless you dont have another option.
