I have been working with HSBC for almost 5 years now, I work as a Fraud Analyst and my work is to investigate on fraud that happens on a Credit Debit card or check.It is not as easy as it sounds, one has to be very careful while investigating otherwise the company can suffer a loss from$1.00 up to$100, 000.00. Hsbc has around 50 processes with in the building with around 2000 employees over all.if you are looking for an employment with this company then you have made a life time choice. I had to leave the company due to personal reasons. But still cherish the memories working there. There are pros and corn which is evident every where but its a place for people with the right attitude.
Though the technology they use is very traditional they are in the growing face in terms of technology. What say best is the track record of being in business for over 150 years. The hierarchy in the organization is very simple and the best is the approachability to the higher management.There is a lot of scope and opportunity for someone who is good with computers, to be specific MS OFFICE.Quick judgement is also required as one is dealing with flowing money through wire every second.If you are a graduate of BCOM or BA then just upload your CV at monster.com and walk in for an interview.When I say ability to learn I mean in terms of management, quality, time saving, work risk prevention and say what not. Employees are even given higher education facility with in the organization(Conditions apply).
The infrastructure is very good with clean restrooms, Gym, recreation center, indoor sports bar, cafeteria and break out areas with soft drinks vending machines. In all its a dream place to work with, hence given a chance do not miss it.The minimu balance is Sbh is 500rupees only.But the services of Hdfc are very fast compared with other banks.Service point of view I like hdfc.But the minimu balance is high amount.They are providing the internet banking also.The internet banking is helpful in transactions on online shopping.It is beneficial.The main drawback in Minimum balance only.Otherwise I liked it.I like all of its services.And other drawback is less branches.If once we visited the Hdfc bank, we must have to wait upto 30minutes.Else our work will not be done.
The relationship managers are efficient and always there to help you should you need any assistance, cash withdrawals and deposits are not much of a time consuming matter at these banks and seperate counters based on the type of account you hold is a good thing and helps ease out huge lines.
