HSBC believes in " The best place to work" motto, however with the people working especially the top senior management its the worst to work with in" Bangalore". I have been working there for 4.5 years and 3.5 years as a team leader, there were differences between the management and many other Team leaders however nobody had the gutts to raise their issues with the mgmt.
I am always very bold and when I could not take it any further I spoke to the mgmt, And guess the end result..instead of working on their areas of development, They decided to throw me out of the company.. How disgusting.. I denied it and decided to resign myself... Trust me there is so much of politics there that you never wanna work for them... There are womanizers too... and the VP- Dawn M burden is raandh who sleeps around with everyone...
