My experience with Hongkong bank is really great , I have a Home Loan with them, which I had taken in month of september, this happened with the help of a HSBC agent whose office is at manipal center, the service was so great, it just happened in my office , and it didnt require me to follow-up or visiting bank or agents as my other friends experiences with citibank, the documents required also is minimal and its fast it all happened for me in 12 days including the registration day and submitting day.
The Loan amount they sanctioned was more than what I expected, very friendly guys and cooperative, even the person who visited to the sub-registrar office was very co-operative.
With this they have given me a savings bank account where in I can access in any atm, doesnt require it to be HSBC, with no extra cost. This is amazing feature, instead u pay more in citibank or any other bank.
So dealing with HSBC guys is so cool and easy.

Look I am not marketing but one should be thankful and share good experiences,
One more thing I forgot to mention , they have a option u can pay 20% of outstanding end of every year and no extra interest charged, and if you do so u will be finishing ur 15yrs tennure loan in just 5yrs..isn’t it great ...me being in software I get other benefits yearly which just goes out, this I felt is right place to use and make my tennure go down. And the Insurance they have tied up is TATA- AIG
Each and every details about bank about loan , what amount I shall be paying is calculated and mailed me in different mailers...I have lots of mailers...I think this is cons section...:) ....what say?
