I can see so many negative reviews on this hopeless bank - and I am happy I am not alone. I am perhaps their most loyal customer - 13 years with salary accounts, credit cards and more, but all along in 13 years, I have received nothing but pathetic service.
They have almost ZERO presence in Bangalore and guess in many cities its the same story - just 2 banks and extremely few ATM’s. Don’t mind that, their customer service is by far the WORST I have ever experienced. Their IVR takes at least 40 minutes (if you are lucky) to get to an operator - that is the design I believe as they really don’t want customers to talk to them. and even when we get connected, I have hardly had a call in 13 years when the problem is resolved when I hang up...very irritating and frustrating. I never call them now but whenever I do, it’s depressing.

their fund sucks, god knows who is managing it. After 3 years, my fund is down by 10%, forget earning, and their policy is always deliberetaed so users cannot come out of the fund easily...we can’t take our money out till 5 years...and you know the penalty? 20% of fund value!! so if you are investing 5000 per month, and end up paying 180000 over 3 years, and you need your money back, first of all your fund will be 10-20% below what you have paid, say around 160000, and then on top of it you pary 35000 as a penalty and get back 125000!!!
least user friendfly, totally under performing, horrible exit clauses..
makes me wonder if this is all good schemes to squander and make u run for your own money.
I am stuck with this guys, but never ever make the mistake.
