Unfortunately I happened to apply for HSBC credit card. I had a very bad experience with the bank staff as they are never customer friendly. After I applied, an executive came and collected the necessary documents. After a long gap of one month I got a mail telling that the application has been rejected for no genuine reason. After I contacted the bank asking for an explanation, again they asked me to give a few more documents, and again an executive came to collect the documents.
They called to verify the details and told that the card would be soon processed. They always talk contradictary.But to my surprise, after a few days I got a letter from them through post that they are unable to process it. I don’t understand what they are playing with. I have cards of other banks which I had got without any trouble. But HSBC should be ashamed of their dealing with customers and wasting their time.
