This is one of the most illogical and crap bank I have ever seen. They don’t have a way to manage customers and can’t help the customers as well.
The MG road branch of HSBC is a junk branch with bunch of employees who are of no good for the customers. They treat you as if you are responsible for the mistake that you did when you opened the account with HSBC.
They just try to avoid you rather than help you. Same is the case with the customer service.
