I have NRI savings account with HSBC India, later NRO account and Demat account was added. Besides HSBC India, I have HSBC account in two other countries in Middle East Region. Later with FD accounts were added to HSBC India and the account was upgraded to Premier.
According to the Premier brochure i’m suppose to get a credit card however HSBC has not provided it, and I had to provide application twice and they keep asking for one document or the other. this has been going on over a year. every time I talk with the relationship manager he answer will be under process and very soon it will be done. many deadlines have passed, many times it was told that the card is approved, however I have not received the card despite of the fact that the first application was made a year before.
Still the wait continues..........also it should be noted that although they call international bank I have a premier card issued in another region however HSBC india has problems which I don’t understand why.
