HSBC Call Center is repeatedly calling me for some credit card which I neither own nor have ever approached them for.
Basically, the person residing in my house before me has taken a loan or run up a credit card bill and has left the country.
I am now facing harassment from them, they have been repeatedly calling me and disturbing me on the same. We have explained several times that the concerned person has vacated the house but the people from the contact center continue to call and speak to us rudely.
Is there anyway we can stop this harassment?
