They Suck in NRI Account

I have my accoutn with HSBC for very long time. From 2000. It is a nightnare when I need to talk to their NRI Call Center.


They deal with the customer as if they own us. You call thier toll free number, people just pick up and hangup on you or they put you on hold for logn time and when they get TIRED they hang up. They do nto care if you are holding the call.


They have caused my BP to go up every time I call thier call center. Funny thign is " One time they pick up my call and kept it aside and I could hear every thign goign on in the back ground". I had to hang up and call back again One thign you will hear from them " Sorry, I Applogize and we will take a look at it"


All wrong promises.


It really bad and the call center agents do nto knwo more than what you cna see on your account. If you call them all you can get it we will find out and let you know and no one calls back ever. I have called thier NRI office in NY and complained nothign happnes and every 6 months the head for the Ny brach changes. So pathetic for such a big International Bank.
