My friend deposited a big amount in HSBC, Chennai, last year. They’ve put counting charge of Rs 2000 for that amount. He met the Manager and spoken to him regarding this, but no USE !!! His accounts are no more active with HSBC !!!
A Good bank should not make money from his customers in such way. They cannot say that counting is difficult. Cashiers are paid to count money and if seems difficult then they need to use good counting machines or more cashiers, its terrible that they charged their valuable customer and so they lost a good customer.
