On 5th Dec 2011 executive Mr.Thejmurthy came to me for to collect the doc. From the beginning I had told the property has got A/B/C docs and it has not got the layout plan. He said it is ok, they can fund, and asked me for 6000/- check. But, I told I’ll give the cheque after the agreement with the owner. When I did the agreement, Stupid HSBC bank told they can’t fund.
Bottom line is don’t believe HSBC Bank Executive.
