My hands- free stopped working and since they were in warranty I called up the service center in Gurgaon. They asked me to come next day. I went there and the guy tells me they do not have a replacement so I will have to come again. I ask for a case receipt and since his printer is not working , he tells me he will email it to me. I get a email next day with the wrong attachment . I call up the guy next day and he says I need not worry my replaced part will be made available in next 2 days.
After 2 days, I call and I am told since the guy hasn’t turned up the center will remain close. I call up the next day and nobody picks up the phone. Somehow I manage to get the phone no. of the manager whom this guy reports to. I have tried calling up the manager more than 10 times in past 10 days and every time he disconnects my phone. My warranty period is fast running out. I wrote to HTC India on Twitter and Facebook and they haven’t revert yet.
I am never going to recommend this pathetic brand to anyone.
