Below was my first impression when I got set in my hand but now deeply hurt and disappointed.How Amazon can do such blunder.when they know people buy the product on ecom sites by seeing the specifications only.and trust the site that way.
Better we should have maintain the faith on other Site like Flipkart and Snapdeal.at least they are Indian Company.
I called to Amazon customer care, they ask me to proov it, then showed them on HTC site then they believed and they give me option for refund.but what about such misleading and irresponsible attitude towards Indian Customers even in Festival times.
They are thinking by just refunding customer will be ok. and they can correct their fault.They dont care about customer feeling and respect. I dont know how many of us bought the mobile and got cheated.at least for HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle.
I remember Last year Flipkart has apologized on public domain for his inability to deliver the product as per their commitment just to respect Customer feelings.And they won the Customer.

Excellent Look.premium wear. When you hold it in your hand or place on your workplace, makes your different from crowd.
Battery is Excellent.I am using 5 Email account and 2 Official email, Linkedin, twitter, facebook, connected with wifi or mobile net all the time but still battery performance is good.goes for one day completely, next mornging need to reacharge.
Performance is also excellent, no lagging or heating.Yes SoC is littleless comparing to other mobile, but I think if SOC is link to the performance only, so if it is good then no matter what Soc is.
Camera is also excellent.Both rear and front.But yes feeling avg in lowlight.
Touch is flawless
Its come with Tempered glass and back cover which is far better than market tempered glass and cover.
Ear Phone is damn good and audio quality is GOD.
UI is excellent and very customizable.
The phone has an incredible design, a good display and touch sensitivity, with a smooth performance. The processor is budget range and old, but dependable. There is enough RAM for any user.
Battery exceeds expectations and stands as good as any good phone in market, thanks to the good software, which is one of the highlights of HTC.
Camera is ofcourse average, which is well compensated by one of the best music/speaker experiences in any phone.
The basic calling, messaging and typing is neat.
Being an Android, nothing to worry on other fronts and has all the features. Fingerprint sensor has been given a miss and why would I mind typing a passcode?
The phone is overall a very decent phone which gives a stable performance for a everyday user. The negative reviews that some may give, is uncalled for. If anyone is looking for a non chinese phone, this is among the best options available in the market.
Specs are not all, performance matters seems to be the moto for HTC and this phone does seem to make a good case for it.
Above is based on the normal uses.i didnot researched on it specifically, but yes will update once again after sometime of heavy uses to check its performance.
