I bought HTC Desire 616 for Rs. 16, 000 & after 5 months I started facing software problems. I went to the services @ times for the same issue. But their response was not prior to the fact.
I asked them why I am facing this same problems twice, they were having no clue for that, Just they reset my softwares.
And I told them what will happen after one year, I have to aishwaryasingh23 for that sofware issue, they gave no reply.
And really the customer care services for HTC is not upto standard.
Now the Phone is in my house which is complete DEAD like a STONE.
