I strictly recommend my fb & mouthshut friends NOT TO BUY HTC phone. In warranty period, hand set sent for repair for three times instead provide me free replacement. and after warrantee period again started mal functioning and at this point company replaced mother board and charged me 7k instead free replacement. Better to go for even china made(use & throw) I would like to know why are you guys quiet even after my persistent following up of the issue since?
Either HTC doesn’t have anyone capable enough to reply to my questions or HTC knows that the blunder is made and is better to stay quiet.
HTC surely dues owe me an answer, awaiting to hear from your team HTC.
