I bought the phone HTC desire 616 black model on august 2014. It costed me 16000. Within 2 months all the problems got started.
Starting with earphones. Initially I liked the earphones.Sound quality was very nice. But problem started when I used the earphones for 4 hrs in streach to watch movie and the sound was coming like anything. On the next day itself no sound was coming.
Went to our nearest service centre to exchange the earphones. After 22 days they provided me a new earphones but it didn’t last for 1 month. So frustrations started here. 2nd time I did not go to service centre.
Next coming with the phone. At first it was working fine but if you want to install any application on it, you have to remove some of your previous application. You won’t be able play any high quality game as there is inbuilt space issue and no option for extendable memory also.
On february 2015 the phone was getting hanged again and again and from feb last wk onwrds it stopped working completely.
Again I went to service centre for servicing the phone. But they clearly mentioned that they were not sure if they would be able to provide the black model and after 1 month they gave me a new white color phone with different IEMI number.
Even though I was not happy with white model, I had to manage with this. The new phone also stopped working when it was exactly 6 months old( ot was august) . I think they were making the model in that way only to last for 6 months. I Was fade up totally. My 16k rps phone did not last for 1 year also.
So this is the experience with worst phone with worst service centre. Thankfully HTC has withdrawn the model from market. Otherwise it was enough for them to be disappeared from market.
