This model is very worst I am using this phone within 20 days three times reset and one time software is blocked.Multiple hardware issue in this mobile heating, battery backup issue, slow dailing, speaker issue, worst battery life, no otg support if u talk long on phone as well as on charging it heats up very fast, Ringtone volume low. Htc is a brand but sorry to say I never think this type of major issue comes in htc brand so my experience is very bad with this phone.so I advise to everyone that don’t buy this phone.
