This is the worst Android HTC phone which I had ever purchased. It has been two year since I had purchased it. The main problem of this phone is the internal memory. Before upgrading it to lollipop it was 4.2 GB and after upgrading to lollipop it became 3.9 GB which is very less.
And the price you pay or I pay is not worth it. I had paid Rs 24, 000 for this mobile phone and so less memory and ram. Now you can see Budget phone below Rs 10, 000 phone having 16 GB internal memory and 2 GB ram eg is Yuphoria, Yureka, Asus. The service Centre of this phone is difficult to locate as most of the service are closed especially in Mumbai.
And if you find one you will find difficulty in communicating with them they just speak harshly or rudely. Now my phone is out of memory and rooted it as I prefer to. And its working well. The memory problem is sorted little. I had flash sense 7 rom as it is not available for HTC desire 816. I just suggest you not to purchase this phone and you will find this handset available online as HTC has stopped the sale of this device and so the shop.
