HTC Desire 816 is a very good phone with awesome features very fast ram so there is no hanging problem, no heating issue, sound quality is very good, awesome back camera and front camera, touch is very good and smooth it felt down from my hand several times but touch is still working very smooth. HTC customer service center is very good and supportive they provide best service.Overall a good phone to buy. Value for money
