I purchased HTC 816 CDMA / GSM, GSM/ GSM mobile in month of August 2014 and since than not detecting WiFi, no proper service, when going to service center no response, No proper managerial staff at service center, so rudely they speak and when v converse they tell this are problems already & company does not do any thing better sell it off or wait for 20-25 days v have to send Bangalore, what decision will come & what time will it take v cant tell, will be repairable or not or when will returned by company, v cant tell.
If these are answers no customer will give their mobile in service.
Every time there is problem of SIM Tray, automatically CDMA GSM sim trays will not detect sims and all time v have to spend 1500/- for changing both the sim trays.
Calling company do not respond as they told its Imported piece so u have to send Bangalore.
Since August 2014 I have changed sim trays thrice as v keep for charging mobile gets heated too much and on heat sim tray gets damage and expenses starts.
Better to opt for Samsung rather than going for HTC
Never I will Insist HTC to any of my friend relative or to an enemy.
In my life I had never been to such a terrible mobile.
Sound gets Lower and Lower as u use.
Boost of sound app do not work.
Better to buy a mobile where battery can be removed. & micro sims can be inserted.
