I am using HTC Desire 820 dual sim phone from since 2015 I have purchased that phone at that time 23000 and I am still using that phone still there is no issue in the phone but that time there was many more issues was there in the phone I have gone 3 times in service centre on 4 time I have got a replacement
Issue was there in past are given below down
But you was training quickly
Device getting hang and over heating problem
Mobile was not starting booting issue was there( phone service centre he told that motherboard get damage)

Sound quality of device: since there is dual speaker so sound is clear and crystal sound is getting still now there is no minor issue in sound
Features are user friendly it help to find out any particular setting easily by search option due to Android version 7.1 at time there was given a latest version on this phone
Style and design: overall of this phone design is good towards other phone the location of speaker are given good design to the phone it attracts users of phone.
Other feature are not good that much required like 4g is given but volte function is missing still now that y we cannot call directly through dialer pad of phone if u are use jio sim in this phone u required a jiovoice app for phone call and for incoming call the app should run in background and data should be on.
It’s and valuable money phone still now I am using this phone it’s and my experience of this phone in future I will take HTC brand itself because of service and quality of device
