I bought Htc Desire 820 thinking that after buying a phone for 25k, I may not have to buy a phone for another 2-3 years. But htc proved me wrong. And its not about the phone, I mean it works great. But just one thing that Htc did. Just after 3 days my warranty got over. I got an htc sense update. I installed it and since then, my phone reboots every 40 minutes Deleting all the data. That is great right! No, if you have lost a phone, damaged etc you will know how frustrating it is. Customer care and service centre says its motherboard problem and will cost ₹10, 000 more. Why shoud I believe Htc now? What if they installed a bug in my phone so that when I give them money to change motherboard, they just remove that bug and give it back to me? Ever thought about that guys.?
I wish this never happens to you or to anyone who has any htc, but next time you go for ’High Tech Computers’ keep this incident in mind.
