Sir/Maam, Read your reply, in which the content is completely untrue filled with lies and deception from, htc consumer service and your service center in Indranagar, Bangalore AS THERE IS NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE/WATER LOGGING, IT IS AN INTERNAL BATTERY OVERHEATING PROBLEM THAT CAUSED THE DEVICE TO SHUT DOWN AND CAUSED PHYSICAL BURNS TO MY SKIN. FORTUNATELY IT DID NOT BLOW UP IN MY FACE . I got my Htc Desire 826 checked by a professional and was assured, whatever you have stated in your message to me is blatant ignorance, completely lacking in subtlety; and very obvious, unprofessional, improper, unethical and unprincipled. I suggest the htc should verify comments and views about customer complaints in a more professional manner for the sake of the companys reputation.

HTC WILL GET INTIMATION VERY SOON FROM MY LAWER AND THE COURTAS I HAVE RUN OUT OF PATIENCE WITH HTC CONSUMER CARE INDIA FOR TRYING TO WASH THEIR HANDS OF THIS ISSUE. EXTREMELY DISTASTEFUL FOR A COMPANY LIKE HTC HEAD OFFICE IN KOREA AND THEIR IRRESPONSIBLE, HEAD- OFFICE IN INDIA WHO ARE reckless, rash, careless, thoughtless, incautious, unwise, imprudent, ill-advised, ill-considered, injudicious, misguided, heedless, unheeding, inattentive lot.
