I’ve been having an HTC from 2008 - yes still running fine.
The new phone on the contrary was defective out of the box, so its fair to say they don’t make them as they used to. One of the dual front speakers were not working(a whining sound was coming from it during sound playback)
The method of verifying if you return request is genuine has a lot to be desired.
The so called "product specialist team" has neither the expertise nor the skills to asses the issue at hand.
I was asked to install some 3rd party app and after the remote’troubleshooting’ by the "specialist" I was told …
