I have bought this phone HTC Desire HD on 1st Feb and it conked off on 7th. Really disgusting. Have really heard bad reviews oh HTC Desire HD and i’m really repenting to invest in HTC, after my 5 yrs long relationship with them now. I have heard that this phone is vulnerable to over heating and if more than 3 applications are running, the software/motherboard crashes. Whereas, what I’ve only been using is Gtalk, FB and Teeter game! On top of it, HTC expects the customer to pay so much money to get it repaired...about 10 grands!! How inhuman is that! It’s the phone at fault, so why should the user pay, especially when it’s obvious that the cost of this phone is immensely high? I can only spare them if they get it done for me, free of cost, or else I have thought of several steps to take against HTC.
If not, have chosen to discard this phone and will be surely publishing my experience frantically on all social platforms across the globe, to expose this pathetic quality and fraud. Would not want others to be a scapegoat of this and suffer the loss like I have. My posts will surely alarm each and every individual who are intending to buy HTC here on.
