I went against my better instincts and purchased this phone. We had a honeymoon period of about two months. Then I updated the os version/htc sense and it has been a rough ride since.
The phone restarts non-stop for a couple of hours minimum if you ever need to restart your phone. There have been times when this has happened non-stop for the whole day. After some R&D, I finally pinned it down to the memory card. The problem did not recur if I removed the memory card. But what’s the point? It’s like having a car without seats. I changed the memory card and this problem is resolved.
But now, my laptop doesn’t recognize the microsd card as a disk drive, so I cannot copy data onto it without a lot of hard work.
I stay 30 km from the nearest service center. I am not sure if it will meet up with the service center first or the factory reset!
I feel I shoulda payed a little extra and gone for samsung. HTC is too much suffering for nothing!
