My brother bought htc one e8 one year back, one of the sim slots were not working. So I given this device at their authorized service centre in lakshmi nagar, one month is over but still I did not get any update from centre. So I started following up with their customer service chat and call centre but surprisingly nobody knows the status of my bother device.it is very hard to get it repaired if some thing happens.
