HTC Service center Damage the Phone

This Problem Started from Dec 2015. I have given my phone(HTC) for service on 14 Dec 2015 HTC Ticket no 15ina510008697. The Problem was for heating issue and speaker not working. HTC promise to return the phone in 10 to 12  days but instead took 25 days to return the phone and only one issue was fix "speaker problem". I Visited the service center 2 to 3 time to collect the phone as HTC CSR team keep giving me wrong information for the repair status.


Got the phone back on 8th Jan 2016. Now is the interesting part, After 2 to 3 days I notice marks and gaps on all sides of the phone .Looks like they  forcefully open the Phone as a result the Phone panel are not closing properly and lot of marks. I quickly  sent Picture to HTC support team and ask me to submit the phone again to Same service center for the panel replacement . As I had really bad exp with the same service center I ask the HTC CSR  for alternate service center.


They said no other choice but I have to submit the phone at the same service center . A week past communication and getting a solution from HTC CSR team. They ask me to visit the Same center for the Replacement for the panel. Visited service center on 25th Jan 2016 waited for 2 hour and came back(cannot wait longer), when the next day spoke with one Rep and she told me the manager will order for the Parts(panel)and will call me in 15 days when they receive the parts(panel) and gave the phone back .After few days the CSR  team call back and ask me to submit the phone or else they cannot process with the repair. So did submit the phone again on 4th Feb 2016 Ticket no 16INA060011369 and they promise to return the phone in 5 days. In Between I spoke with CSR for status as it was taking more then 10 days but they got no proper answers about the actual status so they pass the case to escalation team.They call back on 27th Feb  saying the parts is on the way and will be ready by 2 or 3rd March 2016. On 29th I spoke with service center team over the phone  they informed me that the phone is ready and can be collected . so reach serivce center  by 4PM 29th March token no D36. waited for an hour as usual. The lady call me to collect the phone . She dint allow me to see the phone until I sign the release form . I told her what was happen last time and I need to check the phone physically. She replied she knows what is the issue and I can see the phone after I sign the release form . so I did sign and got the phone. but again there was a huge gap on left side worse from before . I told her I will not accept the phone and ask for the manager . she quickly gave the phone to some engineer and said the manager will be notified but dint allow me to speak to him. She return the Phone after 30 Min and said its fix.They were trying to make fool  the customer. I check and found the panel was still not properly close and marks everywhere. It became worse from before. I told them clearly I cannot accept the phone. She gave the phone back to engineer again . After one hour the engineer came and told me that they have no stock of the panel and it cannot be replace. I was shocked they dint even order for the parts and simply try to fix the panel which made it worse. I told him I will not take the phone and need to speak with manager . That when he gave the Manager phone no . Manager said he will order for the parts from HTC . At this point I lost all the trust and confident with HTC.  What they were doing for the past 25 days without even ordering for the Parts? why HTC CSR keep informing  me wrong information? On the Service note it’s given Re attach connector FPC which is not related with my panel issue. I was not able to use the phone for the past 3 month . So I had to buy a new phone . I don’t want to continue this game further. I Want to get full refund for the phone from HTC . I cannot keep running to HTC service center with whom I cannot trust . The Phone was damaged by HTC service center, still under warranty and torture customer by making us visit service center again and again for no reason .  Now I am not sure what all damage they have done to the phone from inside . I cannot Trust HTC with all the lies trying to return the phone without even replacing the part. worse after sell Service for a Premium Price . I cannot Visit the HTC Service center again Need Refund for the Phone.
