I CONTACTED THE SELLER ON 05/11/2013 THEY SIMPLY DIRECTED ME TO SERVICE CENTRE.THEY TOLD ME THAT THE SECOND SLOT FOR SIM IS FAULTY AND REFUSED TO ISSUE DOA CERTIFICETE POINTING OUT THAT THEREIS NO DATE IN THE BILL AND THE IMIE NO IS ALSO WRONG/
AGAIN I VISITED THE SHOWROOM UNIVERCELL WHERE THE PEOPLE SNATCHED THE FAULTY BILL AND ISSUED COMPUTERISED BILL DATING 16/10/2013 ON 05/11/2013.
AFTER HEATED ARGUMENT THEY REFUSED THE REPLACE THE MOBILE INSTEAD OF THEY ISSUED A RECEIPT FOR SERVICING THE SAME IN BAN/LORE AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I WILL GET AFTER 20 DAYS ONLY.
PURCHASED HTC FROM A REPUTED SHOWROOM AND I TRAVELLED A LONG AND MOREOVER MENTAL AGONY.
AT THE SERVICE CENTRE THEY ISSUE TOKEN LIKE HOSPITAL PATIENT AND AT 12 NOON MY NO IS 81.
