I had purchased htc one in the month of June 2012. After two months, one day I was calling with that phone by contact list. But suddenly the screen turns black and handset shut down. I tried hard but it didn’t start. After that I put it into charging but at that time it get heated and it smells like a burned wire. Why this problem happened with my handset? I don’t know and how to get rid of it.
Anyone please can help me to get out of this.
