HTC Desire 500 screen glass started shrinking from second day of my purchase. And now it has expanded to whole screen. When I visited service center, they say call customer case and customer care says consult service center.
Ridiculous service for customers and worst phone of my life. And even customer care doesn’t have number of their service centers. Customer care says that go to service center and call us from there, then we will ask our guys to fix this.
If a customer has to do everything, then why the hell are these customer cares and service centers opened?
