The adaptor of my DHD and the media buttons of my headset was not working.. So I decided to go to the service centre. The Phone was in warranty period. the representative told me , to hand over the phone along with the accessories.they promised me that , they will return the Phone within 5 days and the accessories in 10 days.
So I decided to tell about a minor problem of the phone also.The UP key of the Volume control needs some additional pressure. Now its been 15 days .. I didn’t Get my phone and accessories till now...
I have contacted the service centre several times.
Today evening they called me and told that I have to pay an amount of Rs 2800 to get it repaired...
What is this... ?????
The phone is in warranty period. What should I do ??? Can I get my phone back now ???
I am fed up with this kind of Customer service.
