I have given my HTC Onex phone for servicing on 22nd Jan, in pramank mobile service centre Jayanagar Bangalore. I have told them that Wifi fluctuation in my phone.and all other things woking fine, which was confirmed by the executive.I was given Job sheet no 4186.
I got a call on 25th Jan from service centre, told 17, 000 estimation for my repair and my ticket no is 14INA040004452. I told dont do any thing give me back my handset in same condition for which they told Rs. 400 inspection charges has to be Paid, for which I agreed. I went to service centre on 28th Jan to collect my hand set, where I collected by paying Rs.400. Later I found out that phone is not charging at all. For which they told we have to send again the handset to head office for rectifying .Again I was given job sheet no 4237 and told by Monday we will rectify the issue.
I got a call on 1st from service centre and was told again head office has sent an estimation. I told I will not pay anything and requested them to give my handset in the condition which I had given.For which they told to call to Customer explained all the issue.I called to customer care, your executive told he will rectify the problem. Later he told no senior member is available will rectify by Monday, Told he will send a strong mail.Asked me to call on Monday 3rd Feb Second Half.I called on 3rd Feb, your executive told no improvement nothing is updated in the system and your old ticket no is closed.Please tell with out solving issue how can you close the Ticket and telling me will solve by Monday( Cc executive told on Saturday).
Is this the way you give the Customer Service to INDIAN customers?I want this issue to be resolved in 48hrs has confirmed by your executive.PLEASE PROVIDE MY HANDSET IN WORKING CONDITION.
