I have been using the HTC P3400i phone for around 1 month and I think I can write a review now.
First, when I opened the pack, I was quite mesmerized with the phone. It looks real cool and I didnt find using the digital keypad as a big problem. However, I was disappointed to see a cheap chinese battery and a charger that doesnt have HTC label on it. It was made by some Phihong company.
After using for 3-4 days, the charger conked off. So I am now charging it by connecting it to my laptop. I have to get the charger replaced but their service centre is in a place in Gurgaon, which I am finding difficult to locate.
As a windows mobile, it is pretty good. Has good features, good GPRS connectivity. Good games and if u are used to MS Windows, then you will love this phone. The games are really good esp the Bubble Breaker.
Calendar, phone book etc are good too. Message sync is easy and you can download messages.
The best thing I liked is the Audio quality. For a business phone, mp3’s sound really good on this phone. Speaker is good and the audio quality is quite superior.
Voice quality is good on this phone. Didnt face any problems till now.
Camera is also good. Lot of features, when you compare it to cameras in other phones. It’s a CMOS sensor. The camera has lots of modes including sports.
I bought it for 9400 at Planet M in Gurgaon, Sahara Mall and got a 2 year warranty.
Apart from the charger and the battery, I think the phone is really good.
