I purchased HTC 3400. It is a good phone.But after few months I got some prob that my incoming calls are missing I mean it won’ t ring at all but the person who calls he can hear that it is ringing but in fact it won’ t ring if you guys know why it is happening please let me know or the place where I can repair I even try to reset it by soft reset and hard reset but it didn’t work in case if the screen is on in that case it will ring but I am not sure I tried it once it was working at that time.
I even took it to the place from where I bought it but those peoples are liers not one time it was two to three times they said it is repaired but they didn’t repair it. I don’t understand why the dealers are doing this please get back to me on my mail id.
