I have purchased this product from Snapdeal on the dau of its launch. This was supposed to be a camera which can be used under water also.
After few days it developed a crack on the camera body and another exactly 180 Degree opposite to that and crack is increasing.
Sent the item to authorised service center( TVS Electronics - Hyderabad) and also spoken to HTC Call center to get a resolution. No body taken a pro active step to look into the genuine problem and kept arguing with me that it is a damage.
Actually HTC should thank me for bringing the issue to their notice which will allow them to rectify the problem at the manufacturing site.
HTC is not at all helpful to understand the concern and advised the service center to return the camera as it is.
I strongly advise people NOT to buy this product which is made of with a worthless materials.
