I have purchased HTC 3450 in December 2008 from mobile store MG road pune in 16320. A headset (earphone) is missing from time of purchase. Mobile store did not given earphone and mobile pouch with the mobile packet.
it’s usually got hanged and sound is very low at the time of call.it’s got off always. I visited to service centre and they have changed the software but after 2 months the same problem started. Even my charger is not working from last month.
Most of the time phone gets off and it’s not detecting sim card even (same sim card is working in other nokia, samsung, sony eri.. phone)
I have very bad experience with HTC. I have only used this phone 3 months max since I purchased, since it’s not working I am using this phone for only add on features like listening music and viewing videos only
One more bad things about HTC 3450 which I want to add GPRS does not work on HTC mobile.
There is two different technology available to use internet
GPRS and MOBILE OFFICE
If you want to use internet in mobile phone It only required GPRS connection it works on every mobile except HTC, GPRS is cheaper technology provided by mobile service provider(AirTel, vodafone, Idea etc)
while you want to connect your laptop using mobile it’s require Mobile Office that is costly.
in HTC you need at least Mobile office to connect Internet.
