I am using this mobile and facing so many problems this phone battery problems finally I get irritated to using this mobile sound reception also very bad.
This phone hangs I vist so many times to customer care they also not solve this problem permently after servcing one month it get hangs finaly I get irritated I sell mobile to others with low price I totally loss to buy this mobile.
I was facing charging related issue somebody told me to change the battery I bought a battery of 1200 rupees and the issue remained.
Then they told me there’s shorting related issue. I asked them to fix it but them to fix it but still same and finally came to know it was motherboard related issue.
Please don’t buy HTC phones services centres are not available everywhere customer service very poor.
