Honor 6x is the continuation in honor 6 series for the middle range budget device. Well most of the people go for on paper specs only, rather thenlooking into the brand’s built quality and trust worthiness. Honor as a sub brand of huawei telecommunication may not give you the same high end on paper specs and features as MI gives in the same price range but it’s product quality and brand’s trust value is high. As Huawei is the seconed largest android smartphone brand in World.
Sound reception: While using the mobile for long and short calls in diffrent area of city and outskirts I did not feel any loss in the call qualitya and sound reception from the phone. the sound is crisp and clear and loud as well. for traffic or noise issues the phone also has a loud voice mode that amplifies the volume with a little degrade in quality.
User interface: As of now this phone is running on Android 7.0 With huawei’s custom UI EMUI 5.0. Emui is something that doesn’t disappoints you in any manner what o ever. It has got verything you need and plenty of exciting features as well like the scrollshot which allows you take long screenshots, dual apps letting ou create and run multiple accounts for a app in single device, multi user mode and so many more features as well. also now there is support for app drawer as an option. Moreover you can anytime install a third party launcher.
Design: It is a full metal body design phone with 2.5 D curved display. The doesn’t feel cheap at all and feel quite comfortable in hand. when you take out your phone out of your pocket it just attracts everyone around it to you.
Camera: this where the phone shines the most, As in my every use I find honor’s camera better than MI whether it is 5C or 5X or 6X they all have better and high quality sensors and better image processing capabilities ThenMI’s devices, if you want a good camera phone than these two things you must look out for. The phone takes mind bogling pictures in day as well as night due to its better image processing power. ALso as it as an EXTRA EYE it let’s you give an Bokeh effect or Dslr effect more commonly known. Just select the wide apurture mode and focus on subject and rest will just fade out to make the subject look even better.
Extra: now on this phone honor tried to cover the few left up things in 5C by giving an gyroscope and an otg support as well. No IR baster, but that’s not a major issue as you do not require it mostly or I can say you are gonna ask for it rarely.
Value for money: the phone with dual camera, curved glass, excellent built quality and a good brand the price I would say is totally to go for.
