I am using this product from last 1 year and I saw that the speed is not good it is only 300 kbps but on the product it is written that speed is 14.4 mbps and last month I travel to himachal pardesh and there I started using this product there it works well but on returning home the service is stopped for 2 days then I call in the service center after 3 hours of calling my service is stared so this is the disappointment from this product
