Making money online has many advantages as well as disadvantages.
Once you figure out where to write or sell your content or whatever you have, you will have money coming in constantly, but by the time you find that one right thing to earn, you would have lost some money, faced a lot of scams and wasted a lot of time. If you are one of those people, then welcome to my world! I have been through all this for more than 4 years and finally found some legitimate sites to make money.
About hubpages: I’m kinda new to hubpages, though my articles in hubpages are much older and had made money in another website called squidoo.com. So basically I started writing in squidoo.com which showed a little money after going around the net and facing all scams.
Squidoo.com sold its company to hubpages and they own the domain which is turned into hubpages, so now my articles are transferred from squidoo.com to hubpages.com.
To be frank about how much I earned in hubpages? 2$ maximum and this is not because they pay you very less or its a scam, it is because I lost interest and I’m not updating my articles or trying to get traffic.
Would I suggest it to a friend? Ofcourse yes! because here, you have your own blog or say group of your articles, which is going to earn money as long as you keep it interesting, SE optimized and updating from time to time.
This is the best way to make money online.
Do not fall for stuff like watching ads, surveys etc., . they often are scams and even if they are legit they make very less or money even after a long time.
Other method is freelancing. You can find freelancing websites, where you can make money by selling your articles, but once sold is sold forever, so I think hubpages is better in that sense, as you keep making money for the stuff you have written years ago.
