I had submitted my application form for APSEM course from IIT D in hughes malleswaram office on the 15th of Feb. They were supposed to revert back to me on my application status by the end of Feb, which they failed to do. The person who I was interacting with went on vacation and the person who took over from her feigned ignorance(this was after repeated calling). I would have called more than 10 times. Sometime during 3rd week of march when I called they told me that I was offered a seat for the course. I asked them to send me a scanned copy of the offer letter. They failed to do that. Again when called back after few days, after pestering, I was sent the scanned copy. On the letter it states that the program starts sometime during the first week of march, whereas I received the letter only on April 3rd or so., When I speak to the lady at the centre, she has no clue.
Now I started sending queries to wecare@hughes.in, they had the audacity to revert back saying that the class is full and I am late. I call them up and the guy who answers the phone tells me that I had to contact them at the beginning itself. This ticked me of more and I asked him as to why the heck they had a centre out here with people with no knowledge and why would I contact the main branch when I am interacting with their branch office. I threatend to go the consumer court.They immediately cut my call. Know on repeated calling, nobody bothers to answer the phone. It sucks
