Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam was released in 1999 and its music is considered one of the best music ever created in last decade. Till today, people are playing this album while driving in cars or just relaxing at home. Ismail Darbar has done excellent job in providing music for 10 songs and one has to appreciate his efforts as all the songs have great music. Lyricist for this album is Mehmood and couple of his songs viz ’’Tadap Tadap Ke’’ and ’’Dholi Taro Dhol Baaje’’ are marvelous.
Sanjay Leela Bhansali has used the wide variety of singers for these 10 songs and each one should be credited for that. My personal favorite ’’Tadap Tadap Ke’’. Summery of this album is as follows:
