!!!!!!!!Why O Why?????????????

Yeah so I got up on a lovely Sunday morning, thinking that I was going to enjoy this day especially seeing as this is the only day that I get to spend with my daddy; little did I know that something was round the corner and was going to ruin the whole day...what was it you ask...well it was watching this flick. You think I’m being over-dramatic...well yes Iam but still it was a disaster!

Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam stars the gorgeous Madhuri Dixit, the fab ShahRukh Khan and the boy who is always looking for a chance to take his shirt off...yep you’ve guessed it...Salman...there are others-but lets not get into that!

The basic structure of the story is that this girl Radha has a tough childhood as she is not all that rich, but later as she and her brother grow up along with Suraj-everything is more easier. Suraj is played by Salman and he happens to be an orphan till he meets Arona Arani who brings he up along with Radha and her brother.

Then, Radha, Suraj and Gopal grow up and Radha’s mom dies, by this news Radha’s uncle lets her and her brother live with him. Radha meets her childhood friend Gopal and the uncle decided that they will get married. ShahRukh has no objection to this, as he will be marrying his Radha-Madhuri.

The marriage takes place and all are happy, things are a bit odd with Radha and Gopal as Radha pays more attention to her brother and Suraj.

The story continues on with ShahRukh getting jealous and suspicious about Madhuri’s friendship with Salman, and finally tells Madhuri to leave him. Madhuri ends up going to her brother’s new home and staying there for quite a number of days and the divorce papers come in. Yes yes I know that you’re all intelligent like Iam...and have guessed that they do not get divorced as Salman patches things up with them by the help of his blind beloved Ashwariya Rai who is a special appearance in this flick.

The movie is very very stupid with silly climax running through the movie and it becomes rather fustrating! In fact I was very surprised that ShahRukh and Madhuri had signed this flick on, though this movie was started four years ago; but it is another thing as movies from four years back were almost all the same-and hence it is the same is this flick! The only good thing was the message of what a husband and wife relationship really is and it’s meanings too.

The songs keep popping up through the movie too...and its like: ’’o ANOTHER song!’’

The title track of this flick is not bad, but my main favourite is ’’Kabhi Daman Churya Liya...’’ But the songs do not play an importance in this movie.

The performances are another disappointment, everyone especially ShahRukh could have done better and perhaps that would have made the movie a average at least. There are scenes in which ShahRukh has over-acted a lot!

As with all the promos and the little bit of hype that this movie got was all a waste as this movie is very slow, boring and VERY stupid along with nonsense climaxes!

So whatever you do, do not make the same mistake that I have done....please I beg you...DO NOT WATCH THIS FLICK AT ALL COSTS!...it is not worth your time...seriously!
