Its the worst managed site I have ever seen. The site itself has given in FAQ section that you can transfer the songs from laptop to mobile n vice versa. Even with rs. 99 plan. When I did that even after downloading hungama my play on my mobile/ I couldn’t do that.
Worst thing is I got such a weird and dumb responses from all customer care officers. They themselves dont know what’s there on their site. Really a pathetic site. And a group of fools.
I have lost my money with lot of headache. Deserve a strong kick.
